Avoid. This practice is now attempting to charge patients a $100 fee for cancelation within 24 hours, which is an abuse of the client/patient relationship. Sent out an email saying such "effective today" on a day when we are expecting snow and ice. I recommend finding a practice that doesn't treat clients so disrespectfully and that can manage their business without threats to those they are supposed to serve. Really bad attitude toward people seeking any help.
I had a great experience. The front desk assistant Belma helped me pick a therapist according to my needs. She was very helpful, kind and supportive. She has excellent customer service and pairing me up with a really great therapist. Adam and I clicked pretty well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
Great team at this location, Belma made checking in as easy and pleasant as could be.
Sandra has been transformational. I wish everyone had someone who helps unravel tangled-up thoughts the way she does.
