They make it impossible to get a hold of anyone or get a reply back. They mess up prescriptions going on two weeks without and I can barely get a hold of anyone. They cancel my appointments all the time psychiatrist is great but you have to deal with all the other crap to finally get to her.
My daughter is 17 and needed me to sign paperwork before her appointment next week. We arrived at 8am and was told that something needed to be typed up for us to sign and that there were 2 people ahead of us. After waiting almost an hour, the 2 people ahead of us were STILL waiting while the employees spent that hour chatting and eating a bowl of food. I had a therapist who refused to help me with my problems and wouldn't listen to me their doctors are not professional and they refuse to help you and their caseworkers don't actually do anything this is just another false for-profit 501(c)(3) all they wanna do is use you as a tax write off as a patient but not actually help you
This is such a great place to go and be. They are there to help people. Friendly nurses, caseworkers, job specialist, doctors and all employees. Proud to be a patient there
This place doesn't help anyone!
