This place doesn't help anyone!
I have no idea what is wrong with these people, somehow they manage to act so kind while trying to ruin your life as fast as they can. I tried to get recommendations for therapy, and despite my spoken words they somehow managed to misunderstand what I was saying. They made appointments with my primary care doctor WITHOUT my consent, and then when I complained about that, they somehow took it to mean that I didn't want to see my PC doc anymore?? My son had an appointment with Raven. When he made this appointment over the phone WITH Raven, he explained that he needed his meds refilled. He didnt request ANY other services. He was told that he could either go to the urgent care that day to get meds, or wait until his appointment the following Monday with her to get his prescriptions. We waited until his appointment. He gets there and is told that they don't do prescriptions there and that he would need to instead go to urgent care for his meds if he wasn't willing to p... read more
My son was released from their program and provider for going on vacation for the summer and don't do providers only. Which is not fair by any means. A person should be able to go on vacation for the summer if they want
If you want to be laughed at and get the run around this is your place. I came for help and was severely mistreated
