Aspen owner Calvin was very professional, timely, and courteous. He explained what he was going to do prior to conducting the work and made operating and maintenance recommendations as he worked. My favorite part - our single garage door wouldn't shut unless you held down the button. I'd tried realigning the eyes with no success and figured we were in for some major work. Calvin looked at it and noted the receiving eye was not plugged in. He could have easily told me it was shot and needed replacement. I value such integrity... read more
