Bad experience they came for delivery left something off my bed set. I had to call everyday. They refuse to call when they said they was going to. Secretary was not very nice. They finally came one week after. This guy that answer the phone after 5 was nice and gave me fair enough answer. But will never order from you guys again
The Associates were friendly and patient. Delivery men were on time and efficient. The wardrobe I purchased is beautiful and the price was unbeatable!
Wonderful to work with! Rich was my salesman and very pleasant. The delivery was efficient and TIFFANY was most helpful with my bill as well as scheduled delivery times. Would not hesitate to order from them again
Deliver was on time which was nice. The swivel rocker we purchased the day before was not on the truck and the driver had to go back and get it. The man that remained worked on putting the table together he had the cross pieces on the table top upside down which cause problems attaching the top and base. He finally got it right when I told him what he was doing wrong. All is well at this time just waiting to hear when someone is coming out to look at the rocker. The material on the right side of the seat is being torn.
They were fast and sufficient. They just put dirty on my walls from their dirty hands. I suggest gloves while moving

Salesman & Manager were great and we were called for eta delivery time. The two guys that delivered the furniture were friendly and knowledgeable about setting up the furniture and did a great job. Will shop again at Family Furniture WPB as previously.
Drivers super but had long wait.
