We could not have had a better RV shopping experience - and did not at the other places we had looked at. Mark was patient, kind, knowledgeable and straight-forward. Got a VERY good price on a small gently-used trailer from Kent. Very helpful, straightforward about the whole process. Good head on his shoulders and speaks very knowledgeably. And after we'd made our choice we looked at some models far larger than we could use and were Amazed at the low prices for new ones. He was happy just to talk RVs with us. No pressure whatsoever to get into a larger model we couldn't use. Great experience. Highest recommendation.
