The staff and doc are the best! Very caring... They make it affordable to take care if your pet! Highly recommend them to all!
I had two kittens spayed/neutered here today, and I want to let people know what a great experience I had. Upon arriving to drop off my kittens, I was greeted by a very Friendly and Kind woman. I filled out the paper work which was very short, and then the kittens were immediately whisked away to be fixed. There was no waiting...the office was very clean and neat and had tons of useful information pamphlets as well as a few different treats for dogs and cats. I'm a huge fan of Family Friends. They ALWAYS get my pet(s) in on emergency; when I need them they're there for me and my family. Whether it's a very painful foxtail (three weeks in a row) or something more serious I know I can count on the vets and the staff to take care of my pets when they need it. Their prices are very reasonable letting me afford my pets the best of care. Ironically I work at another leading vet hospital but for my pets I go to Family Friends!
Absolutely love you guys! Dr. and staff are very courteous and caring towards the animals, and take pride in what they do! Thank you for being a part of our animals lives and ours too!
Our 6yr old Maltipoo fell sick on Christmas Eve and from then on (4 days) we worried that she was not going to make it. Come to find out that she has Diabetes . Dr. Brar and Dr. Sidhu were so compassionate and offered such good care of our Lucy. We feel that they helped us understand every step of care and we were never in the dark about how much all of the care was going to coast us.
