This was the 2nd time I was in for service. Both times it was a pleasant experience. Because the 1st time was great! I only wish they would wash the vehicle when they're finished. Other dlrs do it, my wife likes that service, and so do I. Service Mgr answered questions without hesitation. I would recomend Bob Ruth Ford if I'm asked.
Took my car in for an inspection. They said it passed but mentioned a weak battery. I had no starting or battery issues before bringing it in, but when I went to pick it up, the car wouldn’t start—even with a jump—so I had to leave it another day for a $300 battery replacement. After getting it back, I realized my windshield wipers no longer worked properly, and now I have to buy and replace them. Don't buy a vehicle from JARED unless you wanted him to come to your business and leave you a less than 6% tip!!! How many others places has he done this to?! And he thinks he's "comical" about this! He obviously does not deserve your family's money!
Refused to work on my car after 5 warranty services and issues, brought it in 3 times for a torque converter issue after that and they again told me nothing is wrong. Took it to Fred Beans and they immediately found an issue with Torque converter, RDU, and flywheel and are replacing them all! This dealership is a problem, they caused me weeks of issues. Don’t waste your time these guys have no clue what they are doing, go to Fred Beans.
Water pump had to be replaced 3 times at this dealer, I was told the first two times the flush was done according to the recall. Each successive time they back-tracked and said they “forgot to do the flush” even though they told me each time the flush was done. They also did not replace the belt which is now destroyed and I’m having the 4th water pump replaced at another dealer now because if they can’t get it right three times, something is very wrong at this dealer.
