I highly recommend the body shop at Family Ford. They did a great job completing the work on my Explorer in a timely manner and were constantly keeping me in the loop with how things were progressing. There never were any surprises. While I was initially turned off by the sales department and ultimately did not purchase my Explorer from Family Ford this experience has changed my mind. I can't say I'll purchase a vehicle but I will return for service and hopefully not to the body shop! :)
