I would give 10 stars if I could! Wonderful experience from start to finish. The doctor was incredibly kind and gentle, and the procedure was completely pain free. The staff was just as amazing — friendly, welcoming, and professional. And sweet Blair, the office dog, made the visit even better! Such a warm, caring clinic. Highly recommend.
Showed up this morning wanting one of the doctors to look at my foot without an appointment. Was told I could get an appointment on Monday but they didn’t take walk-ins by receptionist. I mentioned I wanted the doctor to look at my debilitating ankle/foot today so if I they needed x-rays or to check with my family doctor or physical therapist before an appointment I wouldn’t loose three days for help and I’d wait all day to give the staff an opportunity to observe and advise if they could help or offer assistance. I was worried going Into as my bf had 2 terrible ingrown toenails and had a precious surgery that left him traumatized. I needed to find a doctor that understood his pain and his fear of needles and would help us find a long term solution. LET ME tell you this clinic blew me away. From the first phone call I made to inquire they were nothing but nice. They worked with me to get my bf in and calm his nerves before the appointment. They let me go with him every step of the way.
