Love the doctor but will never deal with Unity Care again. When I went to doctor, I tried to pay fee before I left. Wouldn’t let me as insurance would kick in they said. I said I’ll pay balance at my appointment next month. Received no less than a dozen calls threatening to turn me in to collections. The day of my appointment I came down with Covid and had to cancel. I had a great experience! Everyone was kind, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, Dr. Nick was awesome, and I’m very pleased overall.
The doctor was great with doing the procedure for my daughter. However the follow up appointment we were running 12 min late due to all the construction on 65, the receptionist (his wife) was VERY RUDE and hateful. Refused to see my daughter even though they make us sit and wait 20 - 30 min before being seen.
Dr Nicks receptionist is very rude!!
The receptionist today was so rude and does not deserve to be there. If it’s the same lady that I spoke with a few days ago she was also rude that day. DO BETTER!
