Dr Watkins has performed lapiplasty on both of my feet. He is an excellent surgeon, with a friendly & professional presentation. He answered all my questions and explained the surgery very well. His office staff are also friendly and professional. I have received the best of care and am looking forward to old age with feet that will carry me very well through.
The website did not allow me to post without giving at least a star. A star is too much, to say the least. I will never forget my visit here. When you think of a stuck up doctor, Chapman is just that. I wouldn’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. I feel sorry for the staff.
I went to this office for foot pain. The doctor didn't even touch my feet during the exam, just a visual exam. He told me to take Ibuprofen everyday and stretch and come back every two weeks. When I received my first bill it includes $300 in injections. I immediately called the billing department and told them to double check my chart and speak to the doctor to confirm that I received no injections. My 5yo daughter has been waiting to have ingrown toe nails removed since the beginning of January. She was supposed to go Monday to have them removed. They call today (Thursday) saying that the surgery center they chose cannot accommodate the recommended anesthesia for her age and that we needed to switch to another. The other surgery center doesn't start until 12PM and they have no other dates on schedule anytime soon. A 5 year old isn't going to be able to go all day without food or drink !!! This Dr Walters and his staff are very unprofessional. They don't keep good records and give you the run about. The DR has a very foul mouth and is very unprofessional. I wouldn't give him any more of my time. I have been 3 times and he has done nothing yet for me except send bills to my insurance and waste my time! That is NOT how a DR office is supposed to treat people. I don't recommend the office or the DR. Period!
