Easy to schedule. Upon arrival, I went to the receptionist. She was typing and very clearly engaged with what she was doing (ignoring a line forming at check in). I stated, "Excuse me, is this where..." The receptionist snapped, "No." I was taken back at the response and stood there a moment. She stopped and took my insurance cards. A moment later, she hands me a clipboard with paperwork that was sent to me to fill prior to the appt. I showed her my completed forms.
