3 stars is because of the attitudes of the front office staff. When I made my appointment they were rude. The attitudes during check in and check out were very off putting. I was talked to like I was an annoyance in every interaction with front office staff. Even when scheduling my next appointment she was rude and kind of dismissive, they kind of talk to you like youre stupid, but they definitely dont speak to the drs that way. The customer service is horrible. The two representatives that work in the front office Christine and the other one are very unprofessional and funny acting. When I first started attending the doctor office they would say little smart remarks in which I would just ignore them both because I personally believed they could’ve been dealing with some self esteem issues with themselves and that’s probably one of the reasons why they come to work and try to push there misery on to others especially the people they feel intimidated... read more
