Showed up for my first initial appointment, was told I was going to have a growth cut out and biopsy. I was then told because the doctor ran out of specimen cups, I would have to come back a week later when that would be available. I was told I’d have to pay a copay a second time!!! Because of their mess up I have to come back again, and pay the same $40 that should’ve been covered already to begin with. Such a headache!! I left right then and there.
Dr. Michael Doran most definitely professional,down to earth doc. He explains in detail of what's going on with foot issues . Very kind, funny and patient. Highly recommended. Thx !!!
Will come up with extra charges months after service. Won't honor appointment times because they double booked.
I just want to thank Dr Kelly Heppert and staff. They were all kind and knowledgeable and 1 week later, I am no longer in pain!!!
Very good people advise any one to seek help with foot pain
