I'm trying to find out a true update of the Staff of doctors at Family Foot & Ankle Care. Dr. Boyd has been listed as a doctor there, but he has not been with you for over 4 years? So are all the other listings and information correct? Why list a doctor who has left? Have tried to ask the office but was told the Office Manager does this. Also, there is no way to send an email regarding this, so I have had to post this instead.
i’ve been there at least seven to ten appointments in the last year for an ingrown toenail and it’s worse now than it was when i started. they’ve opened up my toe three times and i still have nail in it. they never believe me when i say it’s still in there even though i’ve been right every time and now i think my toe is infected or something else major is wrong with it. instead of an xray or an mri or looking for more nail they told me that i’m probably imagining pain that isn’t there and i need a neurologist.
Andrew Levitt should not be a doctor. He is clearly in the wrong profession. The worst doctors are the ones who have no interest in helping people, but just want to make money. Even worse, he uses his position to inflict harm on people he personally doesn’t like. He deliberately lied on my paperwork. I wish I would have secretly recorded my visit with him. If I had a recording of my visit, I would bring him to court for falsifying medical documents. Andrew Levitt is a criminal in scrubs. I will not be back.
Secound place I have gone too for my ankles, all time best place, super easy, and fast. Great staff, they care and excellent experience with the doctors, surgery and recovery. 100%, recommend this place!
Dr. Andrew Levitt is probably the worst doctor at this facility. I almost never encounter healthcare providers as unhelpful and negligent as he is. I recommend Dr. Laurino of Marvel Foot Center. He is a superior doctor and was much kinder and actually listened when I tried to express how severe my injury/pain is. Dr. Levitt had the attitude of “Your foot isn’t currently hanging off so therefore your pain can’t be that severe. I don’t believe you.
