This was the 4th podiatrist office to try and resolve my reoccurring right big toe ulcer. Doctor Denisa Riera diagnosed the underlying cause of the ulcer. The other (3) Doctors and practices simply tried shifting weight off the area with new shoes, and shoe inserts which would work for a few weeks, and then after the ulcer opening again they would just try skin grafts, or other inserts.
