I have an ongoing foot problem and need a new doctor. A friend highly recommended this place. When I called for an appointment, I was immediately put on hold. First red flag. They are most likely too busy with too many patients. Not a place you really want to deal with all the time. When I finally talked to them, they told me as a new patient, it would be 3 months before they can even get me in. Why even accept new patients if that's the case. This place is incredible! Two years ago, I brought my son here after he endured four failed surgeries for the same issue from a self-proclaimed specialist. During our very first visit here, the staff instantly identified the root cause. Something as simple as proper arch support could have prevented all those unnecessary surgeries.
