We went to this eye place because they were listed as a VSP Premiere edge provider. We were told from VSP's website that this meant we would get a warranty for free on our glasses. Even though the website said that this location had in stock the brand of frames required for the warranty the office staff stated they didn't have any of those brand frames, 9 brands of frames. Very nice and polite . Answered all my questions and were very helpful
There was a cancellation and they contacted me for an earlier date. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the appointment was thorough and did not take long.
Dr. Arp-Roller listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was thorough in explaining my screenings and why she was trying the set of contacts she prescribed. Very pleased!
