We were told our child (13) needed to take a $100 class to learn how to use contacts before we could purchase his contacts. $1,200 glasses were brought up, that were supposed to have preventative care. When asked about other methods "Is there anything less expensive that could be preventive, maybe even vitamins?" The answer was "No." I just feel like the place wanted you to spend as much as possible.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I called to make an appointment, and the first staff member I spoke with was extremely rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and during that conversation I was able to schedule appointments for both my son and myself with another customer service representative Later, I called back with a simple question about insurance. I can’t recommend this place enough. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Rich takes the time to answer any questions but also gets you in and out quickly. I bought a pair of sunglasses and live out of town. They were kind enough to mail them to me. Definitely recommend!
