We were told our child (13) needed to take a $100 class to learn how to use contacts before we could purchase his contacts. $1,200 glasses were brought up, that were supposed to have preventative care. When asked about other methods "Is there anything less expensive that could be preventive, maybe even vitamins?" The answer was "No." I just feel like the place wanted you to spend as much as possible.
Dr. Rich and his team are great and got me in for an appointment on very short notice. Highly recommend!
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I called to make an appointment, and the first staff member I spoke with was extremely rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and during that conversation I was able to schedule appointments for both my son and myself with another customer service representative Later, I called back with a simple question about insurance.
