I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I called to make an appointment, and the first staff member I spoke with was extremely rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and during that conversation I was able to schedule appointments for both my son and myself with another customer service representative Later, I called back with a simple question about insurance. I can’t recommend this place enough. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Rich takes the time to answer any questions but also gets you in and out quickly. I bought a pair of sunglasses and live out of town. They were kind enough to mail them to me. Definitely recommend!
Family Focus Eyecare lives up to their name. With true focus on supporting families of all kinds, service is delivered with a smile. My daughter, Sydney, has Down syndrome. She's been getting her glasses here since she was 8 and she's 26 now. From docs to receptionists to opticians, everyone is helpful and cheerful. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. Barrett has been my eye doctor for as long as I can remember! she is awesome!!
