The best floral shop!! I called today from Houston, Texas needing a floral arrangement delivered today and they did not disappoint! I spoke with Ivy the store owner. She was helpful, knowledgable and she ensured me I would be happy with my purchase and indeed I was! This shop will be my go to for all arrangements in the Bay area. I will also pass them on to my sister who is a local business owner. She is always in need of a good florist. I would say they are one of the best! Thank you, Ivy!
I sent flowers when my friend's mother passed. They made a beautiful arrangement, so much nicer than their online sales pictures, delivered it same day and posted a smiling pic to confirm. Beautiful flowers beyond expectation, great service with a smile. So happy to have found them.
I am from out of the area but needed to send birthday flowers to my 95 year old mother in law. Found Family Flower Shop online. Their website was easy to navigate and a breeze to find what was looking for and order. The flowers were delivered promptly on the day I requested and my mother in law called and said how thrilled she was and went on and on about how beautiful the arrangement was.
