I ordered two flower arrangements for funeral services of a family member last week, and Family Flower Shop did a fantastic job from A to Z. Ivy the florist texted me to acknowledge the order receipt seconds after I completed my online order, she continued providing status throughout the process, the shop made beautiful flowers, the driver delivered in time, and they followed up to see if I have any questions or concerns. My husband and I needed last minute floral arrangement for our wedding and we found this beautiful and quaint flower shop near our hotel. They were very helpful, fast and prompt with our request. They even gave us their recommendations which helped us with our decision making. This is surely Oakland’s finest florist!
