100% dissatisfaction I ordered flowers for my mother for Thanksgiving through FTD.com. Family Florist (Shawnee Road) delivered the flowers and they were absolutely horrid and completely unacceptable. I paid almost 72 dollars for the flowers and they were not worth 5 dollars! Additionally, the flowers were left at a neighbor's house in temperatures below 32 degrees.
