They just finished a fairly big job at our house. Overall we're happy with the results. There were some expected delays, but this was to be expected during the Covid outbreak. This was handled through the Costco program.

They are honest and the employees did an excellent job, paying special attention to details. They were always pleasant and worked very hard to do an excellent job. Terrible Customer Service This company has the rudest customer service I've ever seen. I asked them to come back out to my house to remeasure the rooms and so I could pick different flooring and they said it wasn't worth it because I was out of their area. When I asked them why they had come out in the first place they said I had stopped into the wrong Costco and I should have shopped at one closer to my house. Actually I asked about that at the Costco near my job and Costco assured me it wasn't a problem.
