I need to share my experience. They are an excellent company to work with. Ann is very knowledgeable and efficient. The reason for the low rating is the final finish. The wood floor area that was replaced in this major project is unacceptable. The planks look warped. I am very unhappy since I will have to look at the defect for ever. It is now worse,
Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and installation services from start to finish. Carlos guided us through the selection process while understanding our needs and wants. The installers Adam and Noah were on-time, meticulous, and courteous. Upgrading the flooring on all three levels while still living and working in the house was a huge undertaking. Family Flooring got it done on time and on budget. Family Flooring is one of the best contractor experiences I've had during the 23 years I've lived in this house.
Carlos and his team were wonderful to work with! They installed all of our lobby flooring beautifully, cleanly, and professionally in a timely manner. They did this 2000 square foot job all in a few days, and they did it well! We could not be happier with the finished look and how easy the entire process was from start to finish.
