If I ever need any flooring done again i will call them Ann was very nice from beginning to end the installers were so nice cleaned up every night thanks for everything!
They were very knowledgeable and helpful looking at different selections and helping us navigate our choice. They were lacking a bit in communication on the requirements/process of the actual installation. I had to call for details. The installation team was great, they explained what they were doing and completed everything in one day. I would recommend this company.
I recently had my floors completed with Family Flooring America and they were spectacular! Ann was excellent to work with and I have already recommended her to several friends for their future projects. Family Flooring America replaced the carpet on the 2nd level of our home and they did a fantastic install. The job was done perfectly!! Very professional and reasonably priced. We are very happy with the results. Would use them again and refer to all our family and friends.
We are extremely pleased with the remodeled bathroom. Ann Hill is easy to work with and provides useful advice. She is also very helpful with selection of tiles, grout, etc. Milo and his sons are meticulous artists when it comes to installing the tile with an exceptional eye for detail.
