Family Flooring did a great job carpeting our basement as part of an insurance claim. Carlos recommended a high quality product, helped to identify a painter and was very patient to accommodate our schedule.
Like most people I tried to save money and hired the son of a friend to do my floors 3 yrs ago. Regardless of what they said, they did not have the experience I expected. Now three years later I am tearing up my floors and doing them again. Yes their experience was sub-par but the product (a big brand name) did not hold up like I expected either. John Karmis was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We came to him with some difficult issues to resolve. He listened carefully to all our needs and came up with alternative solutions to resolve them. This is someone with years of flooring experience who thinks about and has solutions for the little things that the big national home improvement stores don't have the knowledge, experience or skill to take care of.
