Went to this gym today, big sign on the door, CLOSED. ! They say to check email for details, never got no stinking email, no text, nothing. I talk to the kid that sits at the counter ever time I'm there, never said a word. Plus, these scumbags just took out that BS maintenance fee from our accounts before they closed ! These clowns haven't done one bit of maintenance since I started here, they can't even clean the toilets or put soap and paper towels in the bathrooms. What a bunch of unscrupulous lowlifes !

Obviously this place has not turned the heat on yet this year. Today, Nov. 24th at 9am it was 64 degrees inside. I was fine with them never turning on the A/C all summer but no heat is a deal breaker. Considering the history of this place is wouldn't be surprised if the furnace was broken, like all the treadmills, the broken toilets and so on. i’ve been coming to west side for about a year now, it’s never busy, i never have to wait for machines or weights, workers are super friendly!! love hannah :) so thankful to have a safe environment close to home!!

NEW MEMBERS NOTICE: Most negative reviews may have been true at one point but as of recently, the gym has improved in many areas. There's more equipment, cleaner area, and friendlier environment. The gym is still on a path of improvement but progress is being made 💪 👍.
