I joined a year ago and have enjoyed every single moment they have strength classes and they have all the machines that I need and the people there are wonderful
The owner is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. It has a very friendly atmosphere.
Great, wasn’t crowded, everyone was very friendly. Plenty of equipment.
