Have been customers for years and we had a sick daughter we had to take care of, called that we would be 10 to 15 minutes late to our appointment and they said it would be fine. Walked in 13 minutes past (within the 10 to 15 minutes late) and the girl at the counter said since it was past 10 minutes, we lost our appointment and they were booked. Will update if I get a positive resolve but so far I have had a terrible experience. Writing to corporate did nothing. I won't be buying glasses here again.
I couldn’t be more displeased with the quality of the prescription safety glasses that my boyfriend received. Not only did he order transition lenses, and didn’t receive them, the glasses took TWO MONTHS and several phone calls to get them! Do NOT give this company your money or your business.
