Professional & welcoming, everyone did their part to give my eyes the very best exam. Online check-in was easy. Dr Williams discussed my exam results in terms I understood. Thanks for a great visit.
Dr. Williams was excellent. Now the part i didn't like was I didn't get my PD measurements for my glasses on my script. It was an extra fee, which I feel should have been included with my exam. That was my only complaint, and no I didn't pay for it. I just didn't get it. Thank you.
I brought my disabled mom to her 3pm appointment today. She was very excited to be able to get new glasses. From the time we came in the customer service was great. The receptionist and the doctor were phenomenal. Towards the end of the screening the doctor explained that he talked to the ladies up front and they let him know that we wouldn’t be able to pick out glasses due to the office closing at 4. I asked if I could run out real quick to pick a pair for her, and he said he asked that too and they told him no. After he ch... read more
Dr. Larezia Williams is wonderful and very thorough. Just be careful as the salespeople at Pearle will attempt to add many upgrades without first asking. By going through each item I was able to reduce my cost of lenses by 90%
All of the staff were very helpful and friendly! Dr. Williams was kind and listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend getting an eye exam and glasses here. 👓😊
