The doctor was great and very good at explaining everything and answered all my questions.
FFVC is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to field and answer questions.
The entire staff is amazing. Best group of people I could hope to have assist me with my vision concerns. They are all very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They do not hesitate to go above and beyond. I even got to witness them doing everything in their power to help others. Update: can confirm, year after year, this is the best doctor and staff.
We had an appointment on a Saturday (we both work in schools). We scheduled it at least a month before the day of the appointment. They called 40 min. before the appointment to tell us that they needed to reschedule because of our son's age (which we did put in the initial registration of course). Once we confirmed that his age was correct, they rescheduled us for a new appointment. At that appointment, we waited for an hour before being helped.
