I love Dr. Jill followed her to you from Penny's. Always friendly. Knowledgeable and listens to my needs. Her staff is fantastic. My only complaint is the number of emails and texts I receive from Pearl Vision. The it comes to paperwork, confirming appointments and reminders of annual visits. 1 via text or email would suffice. Also. When filling out paperwork, u need to make sure you can scroll in to read on phone.
They worked with me to get glasses
The guy who did my initial tests told me that I had to either do the picture of the inside of my eye, which I had done last year, or the Dr would have to dilate my eyes. I couldn’t have that done and I felt pressured and under duress in a small way that I had to have the pictures taken. If they don’t give you the option to decline that is bad business practice. I’ll be looking for a different Dr for next year.
Very nice people and professional. I was there for 40 minutes. Everything was done.
