Friendly staff and a quick exam.
The optometrist was friendly, thorough and efficient. She made certain that I was being followed by an ophthalmologist for an eye condition. I was taken back on time for my appointment. However, I made this appointment as the result of an email that promised a $50 off coupon if an appointment was made by the next day. It turns out the coupon, which I never received was only for a pair of glasses and not the exam. I believe this offer was intentionally misleading.
