Friendly and welcoming staff; they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in.
The exam took over 70 min as the team struggled to get the machine to work with a remote doctor. They consistently dismissed my daughter who kept telling them she was seeing double, and me suggesting that there might be something wrong with the machine. Finally, the remote doctor joined and identified that a setting was tripped in the machine that shouldn't have been. It them took them another 15 min to reset everything.
