MDs & nurse practitioners are excellent. Open on weekends, when most medical offices are closed.
Family First Urgent care rocks! I needed to see a Dr this AM and I arrived at the perfect time. No wait...Lindsay took my vitals and Melissa the PA clarified my concerns. I was out in under an hour. Feel relieved and so much better.
I have been a patient of Dr Mojares for over ten years. The staff is excellent and kind. I have never had a negative thought after leaving there! I even feel comfortable bringing my children there when their regular pediatrician office is closed. Considering that it is an urgent care center, I am surprised by how quickly they are able to see me. The waiting room, bathroom and exam rooms are always clean. I highly recommend them! Can't read an x-ray; thoughtless, incompetent, uncaring staff. I guess this is what so-called healthcare has come to. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
No patient should ever have to sit for over an hour in the room and never be seen. Good thing it wasn't an emergency! What a disappointment and I would NEVER put my health in such irresponsible hands! Never get a second chance to make a first impression!!
I actually liked going there, I didn't wait to long, and was treated well, I got a quick call back with results.
