My experience at Family First Primary Care with NP Stephen Ricks was extremely disappointing. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply uncomfortable with the way my concerns were handled. Rather than taking the time to understand my symptoms, I felt brushed off and spoken to in a way that made me lose trust in the care I was receiving. My fiancé was also treated in a way that didn’t reflect his actual needs. Overall, the communication and approach felt unprofessional and left us with no confidence in this provider.
