My family has used Dr. Germaine for over 35 years and unfortunately this practice has gone down hill the last 10 years and today was the last straw! Every member of my family has noticed this change but when I walk in, tell the receptionist that my symptoms recently are stroke or heart attack like in nature though not present at the moment she calls a PA in the back and the PA rather than see me tells me to go to the ER??? If you use this doctors office I recommend you change.. they only give you 15 min to be seen by anyone and that includes the wait time while you are in the room before anyone comes in.. they dont listen to the patients and you are usually seen by a PA.. They dont care about the patient just the money... they treat you like second class and the wait times are horrible I usually can never get in on time even when I am early to the appointment.
