It was my first time ever having to call for service like this, so I didn't know what to expect, however everything went extremely smoothly. He quoted me a quick turnaround time to come to my house, and showed up even quicker. He was friendly and courteous, fast & efficient, and most importantly effective in killing off the hornets nest. Three spray treatments of my own didn't work (using standard sprays from the store), so it was money well spent when I needed a professional to take a look and handle the situation.
