Genuinely the worst experience at a doctor you could have, they don’t listen to you for one. They want you in and out, that’s it. They can’t communicate properly between their locations, but my issue is with this location. Woke up with very sore throat. Called them and got a 9:00 apt. Healthcare workers were great and the nurse practitioner, Kristine Penney was very thorough and kind.
Front desk, Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were all excellent. Very thorough. Treated us very well.
