Update: I have sent them an email so let’s see what the outcome is. Will update when I can. I have been a patient here for a long time and last year my provider left the practice and they gave me a new one and all of a sudden I had to start jumping through a bunch of hoops to continue the medication I have been on for years. The billing department billed my insurance twice and forced me on a payment plan before they were able to see my daughter for her newborn appointment. If I didn’t advocate for myself I would have lost thousands of dollars
