I recently had to change doctors as my previous one relocated. I could not be happier with the change. From my very first visit I was so impressed with Dr Sonya Sutherland. I feel now that my health issues, could not be in better hands. Simply the best care and attention to detail. Thank you Dr Sonya.
We are the Armstrong family. We have moved from Tweed heads and all of us cannot speak more highly of the Drs at Family First...caring patient, knowledgeable. My wife has Lupus as well as Gyne problems...amazingly, there are Drs there with Gyne qualifications...FANTASTIC!. The 2 Dr Kens, Dr Bashad-all wonderful...often we have to see another Dr if the one we want is not available but no problems. Michael Karas also is particularly good-so qualified and friendly. Dr Sutherland is the most incompetent doctor I have ever dealt with. Couldn't answer any questions without googling it and generally sounds like she has no idea what she's talking about. If you book any telehealth consults with her be prepared for it to be an hour and a half after your booking. Will never be going back.
Over a 0ne hour wait, past appointment time! I bet a patient can not be one late anx still be seen...this is hopeless!
