Used to be a great doctor's office. Then InnovaCare took over. Since then, communication has been a nightmare. Prescription refill requests being ignored/denied but not told why. Not able to call and talk to anyone in the office, just InnovaCare's call center. I had an appointment, couldnt remember what day it was. Called in, only to find out I no longer had an appointment and was told I never did. Also, the doctor I was supposed to see no longer worked there anyways. Have been a patient for 8 years here. Worst experience ever with NP Lester.Ramos. I have never been treated like that by any staff there-but I will not be returning. Run-do not walk away from this clinic and its practitioners that do not care about their patients.
Office answering service is a joke. The office don't return calls. They send PA to the pharmacy and not to the insurance for approval. Doctors dont last at this place. You never know who your gonna be seeing at your next visit. Sad this office has went down since Nova Care took over. Will be switching to a different office after 30 yrs of going here. Office visits was good; however I am not happy with there lack of using or reading messages in the portal; I have sent a message 9 days ago for prescription refill and no one has read or responded No bueno
