This place is so unprofessional. They lose documentation of payment and then expect the patient to provide the receipt or bank statement instead of fixing their own mistake. The manager is a joke, she never calls patients back.
I absolutely hate this Dr. office! It reminds me of a quack Dr. I've been going to this Dr. office for over 7 yrs and almost every time I go I have a new Dr. The staff is ALWAYS different, except for the one older lady with the long blonde hair (I believe she's the owner). They are so unorganized & unprofessional, and they scheduled me for a same day appt 25 mins after I got off the phone with them, and when I came straight here (which was 15 mins later than my appointment time) they tried to charge me an additional $25 cash... read more
