Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job as well. He found things that needed to be done and he was able to point them out and tell me what to do to correct the issues or who to contact to get a quote to fix my issues. All in all he did a great job and I was happy with the results. I would recommend Patrick and his company to anyone.

Tim and his assistant recently inspected my (very first) condo. They did a very thorough job inspecting the property. Afterwards, he walked me and my realtor through everything they found, including safety concerns, minor damages, etc. His report was detailed, and even included photographs so that I could see exactly what he was explaining to me.
