I can’t say enough about Kristi who helped me manage all the options we could do to keep my mom safe in her home. She explained things clearly, answered her calls right away, followed up on any status updates, took time to talk to my stepfather, and referred me to other services that could help my mom. Just a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies I spoke to!

I reached out to learn about getting help for a few hours a day because I was having shoulder replacement surgery. Kristi was excellent at explaining the services available and facilitated my onboarding. Lisa was my day to day contact and was supportive, pleasant and easy to reach and work through any changes. I am in my 70s and living independently.. Last year I required a companion to drive me to and from the hospital for ambulatory surgery. This year I again needed a companion for the same surgery. Both experiences were perfect. The attentiveness and professionalism provided me the safety I required to arrive at hospital with the least level of stress. This is an agency that is a cut above. I interviewed several agencies before I knew this agency would give me exactly what I needed.

I applied for a job had nothing but issues Scheduling was difficult to even get an interview but I finally had one and was told it would take 2 weeks to get get back to me so a month later I called to see what the status was because my references weren’t even called the women asked for my number and said she would call me back and never did. If you were not interested in moving forward, a simple phone call or email would make sense I shouldn’t have to chase someone down.
