I can’t say enough about Kristi who helped me manage all the options we could do to keep my mom safe in her home. She explained things clearly, answered her calls right away, followed up on any status updates, took time to talk to my stepfather, and referred me to other services that could help my mom. Just a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies I spoke to!
I reached out to learn about getting help for a few hours a day because I was having shoulder replacement surgery. Kristi was excellent at explaining the services available and facilitated my onboarding. Lisa was my day to day contact and was supportive, pleasant and easy to reach and work through any changes.
