We had the best experience at family 1st My mom loved the aides they set her up with. We have been with family 1st since Covid .. On and off .. always had the best aides. Mom was so happy with them I would highly recommend them
I used Family First to help with my mother post surgery - only needed their services for a week but I would highly recommend them to help care for a loved one. Jennifer and Lisa were so easy to communicate with - understood my needs as far as home care for my mother and also wanted to chat with her to get a feel for her personality and match her with the right person. It was a very seamless experience and will certainly use Family First in the future if the need arises.
