At the last minute I needed a driver to take my mother to a Dr. appointment. Family first home companions was able to provide a responsible , personable driver. Debbie made my mother feel very comfortable and was on time. I would recommend her and Family First Home Companions.
Families First is the Cadillac of home care agencies. They have caregivers of the highest quality and check in frequently and with care to make sure everything is going well They treat customers like family! They have provided great care for my sister and I recommend them highly.
I have only good things to say about this organization. They are friendly, responsive, and kind. Thx home health aid that was assigned to me was very helpful. She was responsive and very clean and overall it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Family First Home Companions.
We have had a great experience with Family First. They were recommended by the facility caring for an elderly relative, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up care and how quickly the caregiver was able to start. The caregiver has been wonderful, they have provided a back up the few times it was needed, and communication has been excellent. I highly recommend Family First.
From my initial telephone call with Family First, when it was clear that my mother could not be on her own any longer, I immediately felt confident and at ease. This was NOT the case with other agencies I was in contact with before speaking with Family First. I called on a Friday (in a bit of a panic), and Family First was able to provide an aide for my mother at 8AM the very next day, for 24/7.
