I showed up to this clinic after 4 and was thankful they were able to squeeze me in! Not even sure which Dr I saw because he never introduced himself. But he told me he was going to prescribe me antibiotics. I asked for a shot and his response was “I can give you a shot but it’s after 5 so the nurses will be mad they have to stay late and then I have to pay them overtime. The receptionist was condescending and gave me someone else's appointment time and "Dr" Mortensen wouldn't see me when I came in at the given time.
Excellent facility. Physicians and nurses are professional, caring and approachable. Front office staff are friendly, accommodating and easy to converse with. Highly recommend FamilyFirst Healthcare !!!
