Excellent facility. Physicians and nurses are professional, caring and approachable. Front office staff are friendly, accommodating and easy to converse with. Highly recommend FamilyFirst Healthcare !!!
I just recently moved here and this clinic came highly recommended for a PCP. After waiting almost 60 days for an appointment, I go in a few days early because they send out their check-in link A WEEK before the appointment, and I simply thought my appointment was today but it is 3 days later. Maybe a practice they should change. Needless to say the girl working the front desk was hateful and rude, instead of welcoming and saying, I am sorry you are a few days early. Definitely will be looking for a different PCP....
