Jerry demaio will lie to you every chance he has. My family is in it's worst financial crisis because we followed his direction. You will spend thousands no one told you you'd have too if you work with them. You will be told "just this last couple thousand and the house is yours" at least 6 times. We don't have a house. Absolutely the worst service and experience as a fist time buyer. 0 communication and we got a declined letter the same day of the loan was supposed to closed, 3 months after our original application . The stress they put myself and the realtor was ridiculous. I will avoid any offers in the future with letters from this company. I closed my house 01/08/2020, the process only took 30 days!!!!!!!... I will NEVER recommend this company to do business, almost lose the opportunity to buy mi property in Florida!!!!
