Staff are so friendly amazing atmosphere great place to learn how to train nice family friendly place
A fantastic family friendly gym ran by passionate people. Prior to starting training at Family First my wife and I couldn't train at the same time because our son wouldn't settle in a creche. At Family First my son is so entertained and engaged that going to the gym is one of the highlights of his day. The programming and training caters to varied levels of experience and fitness and in my opinion is as good as any other high intensity functional fitness program.
Great friendly service
Small groups giving you lots of one on one time with the trainers. Friendly and non judgmental. Love it!
