Family First is my go to for emergencies. I had to stay over night a few weeks back and they treated me great. Little to no wait in the waiting room. Back in February when my husband has appendicitis, they treated him until the ambulance came. Great staff!
I didn’t have to wait that long. They provided drinks and refreshments as we waited. Doctors and nurses were very polite and helpful. Best experience ever at urgent care or hospital.
This had been my go.to place for emergency care since I moved to baytown 2 years ago. They provide exceptional service. They are a full.awrvice facility offering radiographs, CT scans and ultrasound. Everyone here from the front desk staff to the nurses, techs and doctors are knowledgeable and take very good care of you as a patient. I wont go anywhere else!!
