Service provide by day staff was exceptionally wonderful, kind and listened to our concerns.
Love this place, it has the best staff I have ever encountered. The wait times are bad at all and they even have followed up to check on me after the fact.
We had such a wonderful experience when my son sprained his ankle. The friendly staff, prompt service and exceptional customer service will continue to bring us back here. They had an icee machine that my son was SO excited about and so many snacks they provided. In a nerve wracking time this place and people calmed your nerves and made you feel like family. I will recommend Family First ER to everyone!
The fact that you do not take Tricare insurance is absurd to me. This tells me you do not support our military service members or their families. 20 years my husband served and that means nothing to your company. I went in and you had no patients there (zero patients). I had a spider bite that was so infected and I could tell the nurses felt bad about not being able to help.
