I really very loves the people. who works over there very good kind. and good communication and also very fast results.
The whole facility was extremely clean and did not have a typical “ER” feel. The staff was amazing from the moment we got there until the moment we left. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse and doctor my son had last night because they were both amazing. If I ever need to take myself or family to the ER it will definitely be here.
I was very happy and relieved that I chose to go to family first ER. I was welcomed from the moment I walked, the entire staff is friendly. They are stocked up with plenty of snacks for the whole family. They also had toys & tablets for my kids to stay busy while we were waiting to get seen. They even gave us a little swag bag on the way out with some family first ER goodies. Thank yall for making it a great experience.
