So awesome
I went into Family First for pain in my arm and chest recently. Their staff were quick, friendly and efficient. They made me feel at home and explained each step of the process in detail. Luckily everything turned out fine, but I know that if it were to have been something serious, I would have been in great hands. (Not to mention all the great snacks, slushies, coffee, complimentary t-shirt, and the warm blanket). Thank you, Family First Baytown!
The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. From the Physician to the Techs. Great team, very nice place. Walked in for a minor emergency, left feeling great and fortunately well!
Excellent visit. Family first was attentive, kind, and really took time to listen. I felt heard and well cared for. Highly recommend.
Such wonderful service. Our toddler had a fall on Thanksgiving and everyone did a great job in getting him seen ASAP, keeping him comfortable and helping us get back to our festivities quickly. The clinic was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful and very kid friendly. Hopefully nothing like this happens again but if it does, we will be choosing to go here!!
