The staff at Family First ER was absolutely amazing! This is the place you want to be if you have an emergency.
Just left the ER with my toddler and this was by far the fastest visit we’ve ever had. Cole at the check-in counter was so welcoming, everything was spotless, and the waiting room was fully stocked with complimentary snacks and coloring books for kids. Since the medical visit itself was free, there was no charge, and Cole even went as far as giving us a complimentary plush dog and a T-shirt. We were in and out in just 30 minutes! The doctor and nurses were considerate, caring, and never pushed anything unnecessary. Truly one... read more
