Staff was very rude and unhelpful with the minimum amount of effort to my wife on her pregnancy.
I went to this ER with severe pain shortly after finding out I was pregnant. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, and I was told not to worry because my symptoms were “normal.” I was not properly evaluated or helped. Unfortunately, I later ended up losing my pregnancy. This experience was deeply upsetting and felt negligent.
