Great people, great atmosphere. I was in and out fast but without lack of care
Family First ER-Baytown I had a wonderful experience here... from the receptionist, to the nurses, the records attendant, and the Dr. The staff was kind, caring, and made sure I understood what was going on. The doctor made everything as painless as he possibly could have. The next morning I received a call from one of the physicians to check on my well being. A plus for my spouse was fresh muffin. I highly recommend Family First ER in Baytown.
The staff at this emergency room are always kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure my entire family is comfortable, no matter who is being seen. This is always the first place we go when we need emergency care. Thank you to the amazing staff for your compassion and excellent care!
