I went to family first because I fell down a flight of stairs and I had a cough unrelated to the incident. Instead of treating and assessing my back and neck from the fall they only worried about my cough.
This urgent care was by far the best experience I’ve had. I was in and out quickly, and the staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained.
