This is a late post, but on 06/06/2026 I visited the Family First ER in Baytown after fracturing my fifth toe on the corner of the kitchen bench, and let me just say that the customer service was exceptional. I arrived around 11:30 pm and, after I did the paperwork, was seen right away. The registration personnel, Zoe, was friendly and professional; she did my paperwork quickly and efficiently. Came here for my daughter after school. Staff has great customer service, help me with any of my questions I had. Would recommend any family and friends to come here.

We had such a great experience at Family First ER! The sign-up process was quick and easy, and we didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I especially loved how kid-friendly the waiting area was. They had plenty of snacks, an ICEE machine, and little activity books to help keep the kids entertained while we waited. It really made an otherwise stressful situation so much easier for our family. Family fist error in Baytown is what we need in Baytown they are very fast and friendly thay treat you like a guest in there own home and have snacks in the waiting room while your waiting but you never wait long at all I waited 10min the most best ever I promise you
