I went in for a toothache and informed them that I had already visited another dental clinic. However, instead of requesting my previous X-rays, they took new ones. When I later asked for the report to consult another dentist, they kept postponing, saying the doctor was busy. This made me feel that the focus was more on billing than genuinely addressing my dental concerns.
I had the best experience at this practice today and am so glad I chose them for my dental care. First of all, I loved that it’s a family owned practice. There’s just something different about the quality of care and attention when the business is that personal to the providers. The staff is SO friendly and kind, it makes you feel very comfortable. Customer service is horrible. They pronounced my name wrong every time I went. The filling work they did on me had to be redone and ended up being same as before. The procedure was extremely painful. They did a money grab from insurance by doing X-rays on my last appointment before I moved and now I can’t be provided service at my new dentist without them providing it because they won’t answer my calls or messages. The staff feels like family. They are very thorough about their communication with patience and their condition and treatment. Tina is a star and is the best! I will be coming back.
