Dr. Dillard was our dentist for years. He closed his business with no notice to his patients and now we cannot find him to get copies of our dental records.
Dr. Dillard is a great dentist, but his front staff leaves a LOT to be desired. The receptionist put me on the schedule several times, even after I told her my job wouldn't permit the time off (I guess she was just being lazy and filling slots to make the schedule look full). After several missed appointments (that I clearly stated I couldn't make), I tried to make an appointment once I'd gotten PTO from my job and could take off, only to be told by Kelly that, "they don't want my kind of business."
