Family First installed a new central air conditioning system for us a while back, and came out for a free scheduled maintenance today. We are very happy with the quality of both the equipment and the service. We definitely feel like we are getting the most for our money from this company.

sometimes thing happen for no reason and it builds up. my A/C was serviced and a couple of days later it broke no fault to my friend Lannis. So, to set the record straight with his cool head and understanding he came back and fixed it, so he gets a 5 star for great service and understanding his cutomers. Sorry pal

I couldn't be happier with the AC service provided by Lannis. He was punctual, respectful, trustworthy friendly and professional clearly knows his trade. I met Lannis two years ago when my AC stopped on a Saturday night around 8 pm after calling 4 other AC company he the only one to answer. If you need top-notch service call family first cooling.

Family First are great! I switched to them from a previous AC company and am very happy I did so. Honest pricing, suggestions, and work has always been done to our satisfaction. I have replaced AC units with them, duct work, etc., and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable service within SWFL. Great people too!

Great experience, very attentive to detail when they came for the estimate. When they installed a new AC they took steps to avoid mold growth. They listened to our concerns and addressed them well.
