During the hottest week in Florida my old unit broke down. Family First have been performing routine service for me since Ian when repairs were needed, to today. Lanis and crew are honest and trustworthy plus my dog likes them. This week as soon as I notified them when my old unit died, i heard back right away. Our HVAC system broke down completely unexpected, but this company saved the day. They arrived quickly to diagnose the issue, clearly explained our options, and within just three days, they replaced the HVAC system. While it was definitely an unexpected expense, the speed, professionalism, and quality of their work made it completely worth it. Highly recommended!
