I contacted Family First because of harrowing experiences with the company I was currently with. I felt the company constantly overcharged and looked to inflate bills rather than just repair. I had an excellent experience with this air conditioning company. They are truly the best—very honest, reliable, and professional. I can’t recommend them enough! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. After trying another company that ended up being dishonest and doing poor work, Family First came to save the day. They were timely, honest, reliable, and overall just did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us. We wish we had found them first. Amazing people, came out and listened to my issues and gave us a very fair price. They exceeded my expectations in every category of professionalism, timing, and how thorough they were. They were not here to make money, but to fix our problems and restore quality of life in our home. We had a crushed duct, dirty air ducts and a leaking air handler.
