I have gone there for many years , overall it is a very good clinic, i have tried many in over 40 yrs. In the area, but none are as good as them...people are only human ...

We love the providers there, but apparently somebody in that office can’t own up to their own mistakes. Cancelled the wrong appt, then lied to the patient about it. Kept with the lie that her daughter called and cancelled. Didn’t happen. Don’t lie to your patients. If you make a mistake, own it. Thank you for fixing your mistake.

Everyone at the clinics are awesome but I have to give an extra kuddos to Jeff Pillette and his team, such as Sam for the wonderful care they provide.

Dr. Kristin Ault, DO, works at Family First Clinic & Urgent Care and is also affiliated with UT Health in Jacksonville, Texas. I found her to be unprofessional and lacking trust, particularly concerning my brother's appointment. She did not approve of my asking questions on his behalf, which forced me to involve our mother over the phone. I also believe that she has biases that affect her professionalism. I think she needs training to improve her conduct in a professional setting.
