I had an amazing experience with Dr. G (Dr. Galbraith). I came in from Tyler due to very chronic plantar fasciitis. He spent nearly a full hour with me, getting to know me and going over my anatomical structure as we work together to identify why it was taking so long to overcome this. He was also pouring into some my previous records with other providers and requesting more information from them for the next visit. I look forward to our next visit.
The Doctor I had was great and I was actually excited to be using them for my new PCP because she seemed genuine and really listened to what I said and worked with me. However, I'm not sure where the communication breakdown is but it really seems like the nursing staff has no idea what's going on. When I called to follow up on lab work after the appointment, they talked over me and did not listen to what I was asking for and just continued to talk over me in circles and got defensive when I asked for more information on the ... read more
