I have gone there for many years , overall it is a very good clinic, i have tried many in over 40 yrs. In the area, but none are as good as them...people are only human ...
We love the providers there, but apparently somebody in that office can’t own up to their own mistakes. Cancelled the wrong appt, then lied to the patient about it. Kept with the lie that her daughter called and cancelled. Didn’t happen. Don’t lie to your patients. If you make a mistake, own it. Thank you for fixing your mistake.
